Terms of use

Last updated 4 August 2026.

ClariSale is being built. It is not an operating estate agency yet, it cannot act for you, and nothing on this site is an offer to provide estate agency services. Do not rely on ClariSale to sell or buy a home.

What these terms cover

These are the terms for using this website. They are not a contract to sell your home. The terms a seller would agree when instructing an agent are separate, are being written with professional advice, and do not exist yet. Where you see instruction terms inside the product today, they are labelled as placeholders on the screen and they are exactly that.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

What ClariSale can and cannot do right now

Being specific matters more here than sounding capable.

  • You can create an account, describe a property, and see how ClariSale records and publishes facts about it.
  • ClariSale cannot arrange viewings, receive offers, handle money, or progress a sale. Those features do not exist.
  • ClariSale is not registered with HMRC for anti-money-laundering supervision and is not a member of an estate agent redress scheme. Both are legally required before it can act for a real customer, and both are outstanding.
  • Nothing published on this site is an offer for sale or an invitation to treat, and no property shown here is available to buy through ClariSale.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think somebody else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.

Give us information that is accurate. ClariSale records where every fact came from and publishes that alongside it, so an inaccurate answer does not stay private: it is shown to buyers with your name against it as the source.

We may suspend or remove an account that is used to mislead people, to break the law, or to attack the service. We will tell you why.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you write. You give ClariSale permission to store it and, once you submit a property and ClariSale approves it, to publish the parts of it that appear on a public listing.

Only describe a property you actually have the right to sell, and do not upload anything that belongs to somebody else.

What we do not promise

The site is provided as it is, while it is being built. It may be unavailable, it may change without notice, and features may be removed. We do not promise it is free of faults.

Nothing here is legal, financial, tax or surveying advice. A property fact recorded by ClariSale is a record of what somebody told us and, when it says so, that a member of ClariSale staff looked at it. It is not a survey, a valuation, or a guarantee that the fact is correct.

We do not limit our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, because this is a free service that is not yet operating commercially, we are not responsible for losses arising from relying on it.

Ending it

You can stop using ClariSale at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing the address below. We may close the service, or your account, while it is in development. Anything we must keep is explained in the privacy notice.

Law, and how to reach us

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Questions, complaints or anything else: abidkhan9112@gmail.com. Once ClariSale joins a redress scheme there will be an independent route to complain, and this page will say which scheme.

Before ClariSale takes real customers

These terms will be replaced by ones written with a solicitor, covering fees, cancellation rights, complaints and referral arrangements. You would be asked to agree to those separately, and nothing here carries over silently.
