Verified buyers
Before anyone can view or make an offer, ClariSale establishes who they are and how they intend to pay. Each check names what was established, by whom, and how long it holds. You never see a score, and you never see a document.
Transparent Offer Window
Offers are made inside a window with a published closing time, under rules that are disclosed before anyone joins. It is not an auction. Nothing binds until contracts are exchanged.
Transaction tracking
After you choose a buyer the sale becomes one shared timeline: who owns each step, what it is waiting on, and what happens next. Everyone with a part in it is looking at the same page.
Sensitive information stays where it belongs
Buyers stay anonymous while they register interest and make an offer, and sellers see the status of each check and the date it was established, never a score and never a document.
